Inverness is approximately 34 miles distant and Fort William is approximately 32 miles distant.


The plots extend to approximately 0.313 of an acre and 0.385 of an acre. The Outline Planning Consent has expired and the seller is in the process of re-applying.

Mains water and electricity are to hand and each plot will require drainage to a septic tank.

There is a shared access leading from Old Military Road, Fort Augustus.

Property Location

From Inverness and the northeast as you approach Fort Augustus on the A82 pass the Inch Hotel on your right and take the next junction on you right signposted Auchterawe. Continue along this road for approx 1/2 mile taking the next junction on your right again signposted Auchterawe. Follow this road for approx 500 yards, the plots are on your left about 100 yards before the Y junction to Auchterawe and Jenkins Park. From Fort William and the southwest follow the A82 through Fort Augustus crossing the Caledonian Canal and the River Oich. Just after the car park on your left take the first left up Bunoich Brae signposted Auchterawe. Continue for about 300 yards passing Church Road on you left and take the next junction on your left signposted Auchterawe. Follow this road for approx 500 yards the plots are on you left about 100 yards.
