Fantastic opportunity to purchase a plot of land in the historic village of Fort Augustus which would be well suited for a family home, retirement home or holiday home. There are two plots available which are situated on the outskirts of the village but within walking distance of all local amenities.
Fort Augustus is a tranquil place with the picturesque Caledonian Canal with its flight of locks before entering Loch Ness running through the village and the Great Glen Way passing nearby making the village a great tourist attraction. The village has both primary and secondary schooling which are within walking distance of the plots. The local shops, cafes, restaurants, medical centre and community hall are all within easy reach. Inverness is approximately 34 miles distant and Fort William is approximately 32 miles distant.
The plots extend to approximately 0.313 of an acre and 0.385 of an acre. The Outline Planning Consent has expired and the seller is in the process of re-applying

I have sold two properties and bought three properties each time using Harper Macleod – each transaction has been efficient and pain free
